Overview
The EOS Orbit LoRa Gateway is an eight-channel LoRaWAN gateway built for orbit. An SX1301 concentrator monitors eight 125 kHz channels simultaneously between 400 and 510 MHz with sensitivity down to -148 dBm, and a custom LoRaWAN network server runs onboard.
Ground sensors transmit on standard LoRa hardware; the gateway receives, validates, and stores their packets, then forwards them to the satellite bus over CAN. The design is ruggedized for LEO with watchdog recovery, e-fuse protection, and ESD and EMI mitigation.
Features
- 8 simultaneous LoRa channels, 125 kHz each
